water damage mould wall
the breakfast was satisfactory.
My allocated room was not acceptable. The ceiling showed water damage that had not been addressed. there was also mould on the walls indicating leaks, so i refused to stay in that room. no other rooms were available, i left to find alternative lodgings.

The staff were very cute and helpful . I really appreciate that I could open the windows in the room. I found the location fabulous, right in the heart of the town, with plenty of places to eat nearby. The room was very comfortable.
The TV was a bit small for such a big room.

I enjoyed a recommendation for the 'Henry Tudor Inn' pub. It was near the hotel! The food there was tasty and provided a good dining option. It was a convenient and satisfying experience.

Staff members were very accommodating. The staff readily changed my room to a lower floor. My partner has a leg injury. He cannot use the stairs easily, so I appreciated that.

the parking was available on site and central to everything.
i discovered there was no bar. also, rooms at the front faced a busy street and the noise at night was excessive. applying twice.

modern updates attentive staff
check-in was efficient staff greeted me with a smile i found this cute. my room had modern updates the bed was comfortable with fresh linens. breakfast was excellent with attentive staff nothing seemed too much trouble.
the room i stayed in seemed to need some updating and a fresh coat of paint. the small size of the room did impact the overall experience.
